JoinPDFs offers free tools for working with PDF files and images, like merging, splitting, compressing, converting and signing. The tools run in your web browser. Free, and provided as-is
The tools are free to use. They're provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes, but isn't limited to, warranties that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
We work hard to make the tools reliable, but PDFs come in endless varieties and some files may not process correctly. Always keep your original files, and check the output before relying on it, especially for anything important like legal, financial or medical documents.
Your files and your responsibility
- You are responsible for the files you use with the site. Only use files you own or have the right to work with.
- Don't use the tools to violate copyrights, remove protections you're not authorized to remove, forge signatures or documents, or do anything illegal.
- Signatures added with our Sign PDF tool are simple electronic signatures (an image placed on the page). Whether one is accepted for a particular purpose is between you and whoever receives the document. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, scrape it in bulk, interfere with other people's use of it, or use it to spread malware. Don't copy the site's design or written content and publish it as your own.
Advertising and third parties
The site is supported by ads, including ads served by Google, and uses analytics to understand how the site is used. These third parties may use cookies as described in our privacy policy. We're not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party websites you reach through links or ads on our site.
Limitation of liability

The site's design, text, logo and code are owned by JoinPDFs or used under license. Open-source components are used under their own licenses. Files you process remain yours. We don't claim any rights to them, and we never receive them.
Changes
We may update these terms or change, add or remove tools at any time. If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Using the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
